A poem about our souls.

My soul is burning with the

Hardest flames it can out pour

Dancing within the boundaries

Of my human body while it asks

To be remembered

Upon death the soul shall rise

And leave the cask it once held

Rising until the clear skies where it

Shall feed upon the energy of the stars

People shall not remember one's soul

Which once burned so bright

People shall only remember the cask

Around this being set aflame

So the soul shan't be remembered

Even when it's the only part of a human

Which is worth to be remembered

For without the soul within all

We are but empty beings dancing upon

The lands of our distant worlds
