Endless Lullaby
She rocks her baby up and down,
he doesn't move,
he doesn't breathe,
Still she sings to him a lullaby,
He'll never smile,
He'll never cry.
She puts him in his little crib.
He won't wake up,
he won't come back
She gives her baby one last kiss
She won't forget
She'll never forget
She takes one last look ,and asks God why?
then leaves her heart
in a little crib
with an endless lullaby.
