Sun rises sneers its lying One more chance at gloom
Slowly drifting and dying Escape more pain than perfume
What excuse explains Sweet sadness of birth
Sentenced to life again Cost and climb it’s not worth
Not real and not enjoyed Dirges sing needles pull
Tubes wires pins employed No chance never full
Life unlived unforgiven life Candles both ends burned
Float in mud sharp knife Deep inside sharply turned
Smile at me wave farewell Greet with sympathy
Mourn prayers sad shares tell It just had to be
Dying 1-23-2013 Phoenix E Nicholson
