Today I made an old lady cry
Please allow me to tell you why
Before, I heard in her voice a sigh
And though I didn't want to pry
I saw a loneliness in her eye
Usually, away I'd shy
But I felt like I had to try
So when my group spoke to the upstairs Guy
Her hand, took I
And by-and-by
We stood there and I will not lie
We shared something that cannot die
Through this story I hope to imply
If you get a chance make an old lady cry.
