Heart on my sleeve because I thought you cared.
I was new to the world and didn't realize how naive I really was.
Wasn't one of your typical girls.
Thinking that I made a difference , new my place, and it would be easy for me to love.
Guess I was wrong because you hurt me recklessly.
You thought lies made you the man, sharing your love with more than one girl gave you the upmost upperhand.
It only made you seem heartless.
& i'll remember you for who you are.
