Scorpions Dance.

Poetry By: Poetlife
Poetry

Allegory of some people we meet in life sadly. & the places, the things they do,and are to others.

It's true the wisdom sayings:-

"Birds of a feather- flock together".
"Familiarity breeds contempt".
"Empty Vessels make the most noise'.
"Give them enough rope- They will hang themselves'.
I believe in all the above.

Scorpions Dance.

Allegory of some people we meet in life.

(c) 24/3/2013. By Poetlife.

Scorpions dance,

With tails held high

In circles , side ways they move,

Try to trap they prey.

Live in darkness

In their den,

No light within them

Ready to lay a painful sting

On

Each other/others

In time in this place.

I don't want

To

Be stung, wounded

By them.

I remove myself,

From their dance and den, range,

Watch and wait

See how in time

Their stings

to

Each other

Relate.

The Lord protects His own from these.
