A memorial to all sadly killed.

Australia.

Planes cut through the buildings
Like
A hot knife in butter.
That tragic day in September 2001.
Shattered lives,
Souls injured, killed, trapped.
Jumped from building
No escape
Of
The tragic events unfolding,
That sad day.
Evil continued on it's way.
Souls brave tried to stop, dismay,
As it travelled on it's way.
Gave their livesTo set others free,
May they all R.I.P.
People of the world,
Watched shocked, numb
At this un-believable evil un-folding.
I couldn't believe my eyes in Australia.
First thought it was a T V Movie.
I watched the horror of the hour unfold
Before my eyes.
May those who passed away
Rest in peace,
Till they meet again one day
With loved ones,
In eternity,
The best memorial
Is in our hearts,
We will never forget,
That sad day.
