Poem about vet's hospital

Shadows cast onthe stone walls.

Empty echoes of a bombs fall.

Shattered lives in covered darkness.

Eyes of emotions, full of the horror.

A place for the bandage to soak blood.

Missing limbs of rolling battle cries.

The remenence of some forgotten cause.

Silent crying in the shadow of light.

No tears, just a knawing pain of hurt.

Finding it's way to the sunlight.

Now broken crackers scattered about.
