A poem thanking God for St.Lucia

i thank the lord god for this beautiful  island

for it's his pardise on earth

i thank Jesus

for the cool morning breeze

for it  feels like his heavenly touch

jehavoh god thank you for

the luscious trees.

holy spirit thank you

for the alluring and luxerious  sulphur springs

in which i behold your healing powers

lord i praise you for

the calm, compose and serene skies and oceab

for they represent your eternal peace

jesus lord of lords i worship you

for that radiant sun

for i see your brilliance in it's light

and finally father i thank you for blessing us

st.lucia with   your beauty and elegance in

which we are proud to be the fairest of the isles inthe west.
