Friendship
Beyond the shield of darkness,
Is the slight glimpse of light,
Showing your worth in my life,
And giving a reason for mine.
Not all the time is my path lighted.
But when it is not,
I know your hands are at my reach,
Not just to help me cross the bad phase,
But suffer crazily,
Not just with the obstacles in front,
But also with each others' stupidness,
That drags us back and forth,
Taking time to even find our destiny,
Making us feel,
It's a long way over there,
Still each one knowing,
It's not a worth ride without the other,
Is that lovely friendship we share.
