I want to write a song

I want to write a masterpiece

something one ever hear or see before

with grand elaborate notes and scores

I want to write song that people will  NEVER forget

it'll go down in history

as the greatest composition yet

Having crowds of people screaming and chanting name

because i just totally rocked the music world

I just  wrote number one hit song that changed the game

I have big dreams

bigger than my ability

but I'm sure there are others who dream like this

I'm sure its not just me?

I have the desire and not the drive

I have the passion and not the time (to practice)

I have book smarts but I'm not even wise enough to make in the music biz and stay alive

Even with all my faults I'll keep my dream alive

I'm sure there were plenty of great musicians like me

before they went primetime
