whispers of a lost love
Your voice sings softly in my ear,
And this I hold dear,
Whispers of the truths I long hear,
And praying that the echoes never disappear,
For this is what I fear,
If you leave this year,
I shall shed only a tear,
And bid you farewell as I cheer,
Still I shall remember your whispers that were so sincere.
