Theme For English Ten
I’m suppose to write a poem for English Ten,
But I don’t know what to write,
Should I write telling that I got a ride home from a friend?
Or should I just talk about me?
Well I think I should do both.
I went home in a sliver car with my friends
And then we went to his house to get something,
Then I got dropped off at my yellow house.
My house isn’t very big I would say it was medium,
But my grandpa told me once,
It doesn’t matter how big your house is,
But how the people who live in it is.
I always liked what my grandpa tells me
It is inspirational, but now I don’t get inspiration from him
Cause he died, but I still love him.
When I walk into my house it reminds me of him.
He may be gone and I may be alive but that doesn’t mean that,
I don’t stop believing in what he told me before he left.
Cause if I did then I wouldn’t be able to pass on the inspiration
To someone who may need it.
That is why I write my poem for English Ten,
So people can be inspired the way I have been,
Even if it is a little sentence,
But it is a sentence that will get stuck in your head no matter
How hard you try not to listen.
