Awakening in a dream,
life's lessons in view,
for what have I become?
blind am I in the presence of you.
~*~
The dream haunts as I live day to day,
still blind to my destructive ways,
over my shoulder, I constantly peek,
others can see me crumbling an weak.
~*~
Eternal peace I seek,
an my life's in full view,
destruction of me others do foresee,
but my incineration is blind to thee,
~*~
Heavy weight is standing in rejoice,
in thy burden of choice,
life with no hope and depressed,
blinding serenity from thee I digress!
