SWISS ACE

Fed up!

Fed down!

Fed round and round!

Feddled!

Fuddled!

Frazzled!

Be-dazzled!

Drip Fed!

Drop Fed!

Fed to the lions!

Fit Fed!

Fast Fed!

Force-Fed!

Fleet-feet Fed!

Fedang!

Feding!

Fedong!

Roger and out!!

Indeed they are, but not I. Tennis has always been a passion of mine. Glad you liked it.

Cool poem! I play tennis and I love watching Wimbledon. Great job!

Hey Flying Piggy! Pity we don't have more top players here in Britain. I'm rooting for Federer tomorow, but will be pleased for Nadal if he wins too..they both seem like top guys and are credits to the game. Ricky.

Oh Ricky!!!!... Something else besides writing that we have in common. Tennis and Wibledon are a passion of mine and have been for over 35 years!!! In a little over an hour from now, I will sit down to watch the Men's final and to be honest... I think Rafa Nadal just might pull it off this year!!! (I admire both Roger and Rafa... on and off the court!) And congrats to Venus for upsetting little sister Serena in a great match. I can't begin to imagine how difficult that must be for both of them to play against each other in a Grand Slam final!!

Now to your poem... what can I say, Ricky? I thought it was wonderfully written, a joy to read and terrifically clever.

You must be "fed up" with my long windedness by now!
Happy writing... happy days.....Jerry

Jerry. I am sure you agree that it did not dissappoint!!
My heart was rooting for Federer, but my head said "OK, this kid has really proven himself out there". What a spectacle!
All the great ingredients for a CLASSIC (ie. 5 setter, records to break, the rivalry etc) I thought that last years would be hard to beat but those guys topped it! What ambassadore for the sport they both are.I suppose there's a poem waiting to be written for Nadal now...
Anyway, thanks for the comments, and it's good to know you love tennis too. Bless your heart Jerry.Ricky.

LOL this is awesome. Your poetry is always so original! I Love it! ~ Nixie

Congrats to Rafa!!! An incredible match... probably the best mens final ever!!! 9-7 in the final 5th set... it doesn't get any better than that!!!.....Jerry

Fully agree Jerry...quite amazing!
My heart rooted for Fed, but what a performance by Rafa to
match Rogers nerve and pull through!
Sorry it took a while to comment, and thanks for yours.

I originally thought that Venus and Serena was the planet and it's moon. Silly, eh??
Not a tennis fan, don't know the names.

But your poem was an enjoyable read.
