At this point in my life,

 loving me would be a mistaken

Don’t trust your heart in my hands

I’ve done so many things wrong,

 so many untrustworthy  

I can’t do right.

Just doing the best I can, at this point in my life

You need to know my past

So many broken promises,

so many broken hearts,

So many regrets,

So many lies,

I’m want to change

I have so many mountains yet to climb

 I can only let you down

Don’t put your faith in me

 At this point in my life

A fallen angel shouldn’t touch the heaven,

  that’s lying wait in your heart.
