Arriving in the Atoms

Poetry By: Riuku
Poetry

The ability to teleport must be crazy. Theoretically, if you did it, you would die and every piece of you, down to the atoms and even further, would be reconstructed elsewhere in the exact same manner. Would you still be you? What happens to your soul, if we had one?

When we teleport
The desire to destruct
Comes alive
But when we teleport
The will to construct
Proves stronger
Every aspect of our essence
Shattered
Bemused we become

A lack of spirit
Becomes the building matter
For what we are

A system we are
System of systems
Quantum levels
When we cross
We take a piece of each other
When we teleport
