I wrote this poem last week.

He has broken ribs, a fractured skull and a face that is swollen.

You beat up that man because you thought his car was stolen.

You thought he stole it because he's black.

He was innocent and he didn't deserve that attack.

You assumed the car was stolen because you thought a black man couldn't afford a Ferrari.

You are ignorant and you nearly killed that man and you're not even sorry.

It scares me to death to know what kind of man you are.

You're not fit to wear that badge and you should be behind bars.
