Only he - knows what that smile means -
Gentle,
Intriguing,
A very private understanding.
She alone - softly invades his soul -
Soothing,
Nourishing,
An entanglement for all time.
Only they - can break each others hearts -
Betrayal,
Abandonment,
But they choose not to.
They alone - make love this way -
Silent,
Explosive,
A storm rages; no one else knows.
