Free Writing: Accepting the fact, love isn't for me. Not that I don't want love, it's just I've tried, it's never has worked. I don't usually give up on things, but I can't deal with being hurt.

I keep it locked up. I feel like Fort Knox, I keep it safe, what left of this thang. This load is so heavy, I won't let anyone in, to release this pressure. Been hurt, two, too many times. Feels like it's been put through a thresher. I thought it was true, but it was only me. Been told you can't, make anyone love and care about you.
I found out, that was so true.
As said, love is a two street. Love is not to live with someone. It's when, you just can't live without them. I always wanted that kind of love. The road I went down, was all so wrong. Way too late for me. I have accepted that fact, so sad to say. I'll have to call it a day. Will never love again. Writing this song, makes this "OLE" heartache. I learned the heart way, PROTECT THIS HEART!
