I look at your picture,

you seem like

you're happy with me

but then you say

you're better off leaving

because you think

I'll be alright

without you by my side

You asked me if

I'm upset

I would try to say

what is on my mind

but then I thought back

on everytime you lied

So I just told you

"I'm doing fine."

You seemed to

believe my lie

Then one day

you stopped in

Caught me off guard

I was crying before

you came by

You asked me why

Soon you figured out

it was to pass time

without you being mine

If you asked me if

I'm upset

I would try to say

what is on my mind

but then I thought back

on everytime you lied

So I just told you,

"I'm doing fine."

You knew

I wasn't alright,

So you said,

"I never meant

to hurt you,

I didn't know what

was best for you,

please don't cry,

I look into your eyes

and for the first time,

You make all of my worries die

You asked me am I upset

I tried putting together
