A Dream

I start to drift away easily

Myheart that used to beat for you just stops

unexpectedly and so slowly that I feel the defeat winning

The darkness surrounding me just seems to be

suffocating me until I can't breathe

I find myself trapped again

I scream out silently

But then I realize no one will come running

Because they all know that

It'sjust a dream

I'm only imagining everything

I can't cry until no one is with me

I tried to change my mind

But you just keep passing by
