For whom I daily cry

An angel was she,

In tomb she does lie

Went away leaving me.

His hand death did offer

And he does not regret,

Took life away from her

Whom I can not forget.

The full moon admitted defeat

For her dazzling young look,

Radiant from head to feat

This world she forsook.

In my mind does ring

Her thoughts which are hoary,

Sadness,griefs,sorrows they bring

My very life's story.

Her death she did meet

Which I could not fortell,

My heart used to beat

For  that dazzling damsel.
