A Girl with Wounds

Poetry By: SabrinaKilkenny

This poem is pretty much self explanatory :) It's about a girl who seems to have the perfect life, but really she is in turmoil which results in self harming.

A shooting asterisk,

But truly a meteorite.

A girl, so callow and magnetic.

Subject to staggering dexterity,

A sheer Celtic star.

A girl, with a voice so comely.

A cub groped by it's phartry,

With skeptical peers in decline.

A girl, with a life in the futurity.

With wounds so distressing,

They harm more than herself.

A girl, with wounds, self-inflicting
