To my delight but not surprise,

An isle of sugary treats.

I'll fill my little paper bag

Until it bursts the seams!

*

There's sherbet lemons, cola pips,

Strawberry laces, double dips.

Rainbow dust and chocolate mice,

Toffee Bon bons, cherry lips.

*

Fizz wiz are my favourite ones,

Or even eyeball bubblegum!

Drumstick lollies, ten pence chomps,

Flying saucers, floppy flumps.

*

Multi-colour mini eggs,

Giant yellow bellied snakes!

Hubba bubba bubble gum,

A couple more and then I'm done.

*

Candy necklace, candy watch,

Don't forget the rainbow drops.

Freddo, taz, and cola cubes.

That's my lot there's no more room!
