Myself in Glass

Poetry By: Sapphire Angel

A person feeling not worthy of being on earth. Does not feel his or her existence makes a difference in the world( shown in mirror). In end there is always hope for one another.

Everyday in Life we look into the mirror.

What do you see?

A name... A person...

.... or just another thing in this world.

Another being to waste away.

We see what we want and cannot grasp.

What a despicable person I am!

With this fear that quakes me.

The darkest corners of the mirror grow.

A depressed outcry from the darkness.

No one can hear you.

No one will care!

Muffled by the darkening surroundings of my mirror,

exploring through the dark dreads of time,

my existence in this world,

journeying to the truth.

Only one knows this answer,

But yet, does not speak.

Still life everyday,

we face that person in the mirror.

The only being that makes us whole!

But our world is a bit sketchy.

I am not a nobody in the shadows of darkness,

I am a human being,

I am a ( boy/girl)

And my name is (... your name...)
