Once upon a dream
Summer never seems to end
Memories never send
A bad thought to the minds eye
Children never seem to cry
Dreams never seem to die
Friendship stays where it's meant to be
Remaining always special to me
Happiness warms your inner soul
Fun seems to always roll
Darkness seems to fade away
Children seem to always play
People say hello, good day
Winking at each other in a fun sort of way
Some people always say
The light at the end of the tunnel moves further away
But I know the others say
The darkness seems to fade away
Happiness seems to roam our way
All on a warm summer's day
Good times stay and bad times die
Staring at the summer sky
Listening to the small birds cry
Waiting for a time to say, the summer's over, let's go away
Waiting forever it seems
All upon a summer's dream
