Sometimes people wonder about death, what happens..... But really, who can tell?

Death Wonders and Takes

There will come
a day
when you will die.
There will come
a day
when you will leave.

You've thought.
You've wondered.
All about this moment.
Would it hurt?
Will it be painless?

Nobody
Who is dead
Can tell you.
They're already
gone
They've left
This cruel world.

You wonder:
I can control what
I do know
I can control what
I do now.
When I die
what will it be like?

Death lets you
ponder
these thoughts
in your little mind
and when he grows tired,
angry, upset

He'll come down

And take you.

Then you will know
whether it hurts
or is painless
whether it gradually
happening
or if it's in an
instant.

He will take you
before you know.
And another poor soul
will wonder
what Death is like

And you won't be there
To tell them so.
You won't be there
to help them through
their thoughts.

You'll already be away
off
left
this cruel world
To a better place.

And then you'll know
What Death
is like.
