Dreams Afar
Wondering thoughts spin within
Here you appear again and again
The rescuer. The hero. You always portray
My feelings are unleashed as I give way
You’re eyes hold that special gleam
They’re what I see in every dream
Courage. Bravery. You have it all
You always uphold me when I fall
I cherish the dream every time I wake
Thinking of you with every breath I take
A love so deep how can it be
This dream I once dreamt has become reality
