I guess its a poem about love.

We swore allegiance from the very start

Saddened to see cupids wings depart

He searched his quiver of coloured darts

Chose an arrow to unite our hearts

With equal wounds we could forever admire

We fell head first into a raging sea of desire

We swam amongst the amative waves

Love described us as obedient slaves

Hyperion's towel baked our bodies dry

Hermes gifted us wings and told us to fly

Sapid air creamed to our every wish

There was no exit from our endless kiss

In choir we chanted the song he sings

Treasured the bruise of love, his bullet brings

Others will fall victim to his perfect aim

In the kingdom of amour shall he always reign
