Shallow is the brook which

hosts the dancing light beams

Twisted shards of aurora

lambent pink pebbles

Pale green splashes

of wet lucent water

Excitedly bend

each sun sent ray

A silver tray of

dispersed and dizzy crystals

Floats, sinks and resurfaces

tired yet youthful

Animated patterns

that stretch then collapse

Snaps of light

held then lost

For as long as the

solar invitation is valid

This scene of nature

holds the gaze of God

The author of creation

the absolute grand designer

Still left in awe

as he rereads his work
