As the day goes by
And draws to an end,
I’ll never have had
A better best friend,
You stood by my side
Through good and the bad,
Now that you’ve left
It makes me so sad,
You’ve gone to the place
Where no one returns,
Your spirit still stays
But the pain, it still hurts,
I have no one left
So this is goodbye,
You’ve gone to that place,
Made your home in the sky,
Now it’s all over,
Now it’s the end,
Just wanted to say,
Goodbye Best friend.
