The twilight is sad and cloudly,
The wind blows wild and free.
And like the wings of sea birds,
Flash the white caps of the sea.
Exercised in the still night,
When only the moon rages.
And the two of us lie in bed,
But for the lovers.
And able to strangle my soul,
In a mesh of your gold colored hair.
I promised you, your love is free,
To love you alone, you alone, you love me.
I brushed you more close,
Than a star does.
Love's a virtue, for us,
An immortal soul that
Struggles, endures, and fulfills.
Breathe, shine, and seek to find
You captive me, you defend me,
Take me to you, imprison me.
Except you enthrall me, never shall I be free,
You ravish me.
