Poetry By: SGBanks

I wrote this poem after seeing a documentary on cleopatra. I mixed a litte bit of fantasy with this poem but I believe its still a good read.

Hyptonizing black eyes that makes me do her every whim

Soft butter pecan caramel chocolate skin

Beautiful elegant black hair

With c ups that make even homesexuals stop and stare

Body in the shape of a hour glass from the waist down

Im not keeping track of time but time always seem to stop when she come around

Putting dreams and ambitions first

Jeans and a T in the day; but uniform in the eve when she has to work

Independent attitude and strong will

No need for a man to fit the bill

She has her own inner circle; trespassers remain in the outside

She only has room for her true friends and that one boy whose down for the ride

That is when she find him; and he finds her

And realize he wont find someone like her

Until then she stays positive and focuses on what matters

This right here... is my definition of today's Cleopatra
