Heave Ho
Such a quaint soliloquy
The day, she ain't coming
Back, so let it never be
Again. Why are you gunning
For the day? She ain't coming
To take bullets out of chambers.
Again, why your gun's in
Waiting no one remembers.
To give bullets unto chambers -
The mark of one killing times
No one's waiting to remember.
Do unread poems have to rhyme?
Mark of the one killing time,
When verses changed meter.
Unread poets have no rhyme.
She cheats on Paul to nail Peter.
Versed in when to change meter
Back - never to let it be -
She cheats, nailing Paul to Peter
By such a quaint soliloquy.
