Taken away the pace of time
Supported by eyes alone
Shut away together entirely
What would it be tonight?
This reasoning from mind
This reasoning from heart
Take space altered course
Take mine from it once more
Mine own state be of main
And risen hope be watered
Flowing desire of will
Upon the hearts laid about
What is this knowing time?
While hands altered so much
The sun’s own desire
Blankets reason into night
And it becomes one in a day
Where we pardon the wrong
Collecting in the hourly way
That tomorrow will set forth
Upon nights own day
