So small
Like an ant to the great oak,
I am to a small mountain…
Like a baby to their mother,
I am to fate and my beliefs…
Like a swallow alongside a falcon,
Are my needs to my desires…
A cold to cancer
Are my pains to an orphan’s…
Men are dying in wars
As the ‘powers that be’ keep personal agendas.
Global warming is killing our home
As we drive, smoke and consume, consume, consume.
Like the earth to the Universe,
So small…
