Following The Thing Called Fate

As far as you can take me

I will willingly go

No matter how many turnings

Twists, new decisions

I life without such differences

Does not count as living

Long as the walk may be

Rough as the winds

I will fight to follow you

To the very end

Ihope you won't mind

How determined I am

To make something of myself

I dreamed that you held the key

The battle in my head

One tells me to go on

The other says the same

But tells of another ending

I'll just put my trust in fate

And pray to God he's drawn a map

Made sure I end up where I should be

Made the right choices

If he won't answer I guess I'll have to

Put my trust in the unknown of

This tricky thing

Misleading thing

That braids fact and fiction

Plaites together narrow lanes

So we don't know which way is which
