Denial (An Alphabet Poem)
Acusations
Bring
Closely
Defensive
Emotions that are
Forever
Guarded and
Heatedly
Inverted towards the
Judgment
Try Honesty (Clerihew)
Pushed, with your back against the wall
About to loose your footing and fall
Lying might seem like the best thing to do
But in the end you will always loose
What's Done In The Dark
Secrets are told in the night
Every word a whisper
Hidden when the sun brings light
When it's out of our sight
There's nothing to consider
Secrets are told in the night
In the dark you forget what's right
Lies that change who you were
Hidden when the sun brings light
Stars that might've shone bright
Fade away and whither
Secrets are told in the night
The lies that you write
Turn into rumors
Hidden when the sun brings light
You tried to put up a fight
But the dark won you over
Secrets are told in the night
Hidden when the sun brings light
Who Are You? (Haiku)
You put on an air
Conceal who you really are
Who will you show you?
Why We Decieve (Free Verse)
We lie to protect
Ourselves and others
But no one sees
Who it will effect
But in the end we hurt
Ourselves and others
Sometimes we see
Who it will effect
But we don't care
