“CHOCOLATE”
I love chocolates;
But who doesn’t?
They’re sweet and delicious and yummy;
With nuts and fudge and caramel.
When I take it in my mouth,
And swirl it with my tongue;
It melts just like the snow;
When the sun shines on it.
I feel a thousand tastes,
Exploding in my mouth.
Just like the fireworks when,
They explode in the sky;
And fill it with sparkling colors.
I slowly savor its taste;
And yearn for another bite,
But when I do get another;
I long for more and more.
I feel like I have gone,
In the Heaven of delectable tastes;
Where I don’t want the sensations to stop;
Or come back down to earth.
But when I find the wrapper empty,
I feel like someone has just;
Burst my delicious bubble;
And pulled me down to earth.
