THIS TOO SHALL PASS
No one spared from the glitches of life
Brings in despondency and inner-strife.
Problems sagging under its own weight,
The voice inside comes calling," Don't fret."
The voice goes unheard for a while,
As it is hard for you to smile.
Loneliness gripping in its burning heat,
Loosing the tranquility of your heartbeat.
Drowning more and more in the pith fall,
The inner-voice connecting and making a call.
But not enough to comfort in this mayhem,
You feel pity for yourself and call life's a shame.
Searching, recalling for someone to connect with,
So, you can get a hope, a little lift.
Need a shoulder to lean and share,
Overwhelming emotions leaving you bare.
Finally, why to bother anyone, you think,
You alone will get through in the next wink.
Happens sometime, what's the big deal,
Why to veil and get other's happiness sealed.
Right then, your inner-voice again surpass,
"It won't last forever, this too shall pass."
