Silver tears streaming down a feathery face
As each child gets a malicious hate
Like a wound they shut themselves of all the beating
That’s why the sun it’s not beaming
Locked in the dark attic
Their body shouting the word TRAUMATIC
Footsteps is what they heed
Silently whispering “I don’t want to get beat”
White blood slowly drips
Their heart silently heals
The white dove of peace
Soaring up high just looking for the keys
But they are no where to be found
As the children mostly have been drowned
For I am standing in a place where they most lay
In the graveyard you must say
Half of them getting abused
The other half at home getting bruised
They sing a song called oh father
What have you done to my laughter?
Their smile has gone
Gone to the peace dove
Who holds love and shows kindness
That is the only place where they don’t get silenced
Love is what they hold
In return that’s what they want to be told
No beating can describe their tears
I LOVE YOU is what they want to hear
In school a girl was told tomorrow is daddy day
She never cared because she gets abused all day
And on a letter she wrote words so unique
Slowly she began to write yet so fatigue
Though my father isn’t here
I know inside he wishes to hear
He taught me how to ride my bike
And taught me how to fly a kite
He surprised me with pink roses
And used to tell me so many stories
Though I have been growing
Parting seems to be showing
He never wished to be like this
All I want is to give him a kiss
Just to show he can be a loving father
That he is the one who can bring the laughter
But time has come for me to say goodbye
For I can no longer survive
With pain the peace dove soared up high
Hundreds of sobs this time came near by
With hundred of pink roses held so tight
peace
