The blood of my angel....

The blood of my angel is defiant

in its pulling apart of madness-

the cages of its wings dissolving

the sugar of its smiles fading

the eyes of its future denying

the luxury of vast oceans are crawling,

and the lengthening crowd is calling

The body of nightmares

are blonde and sticking to the bones

of daylight-

the dreams of children who stalk the sun

daily are receding,

and lovely ships of sky are graying

Let love whatever that is

clean its gentle wounds-

recreate the days belongings,

and peel the top of its slippery blues

In the center of this illumination

in the crevice of this naked moon,

breathing like spring flowers

we lift our mountains briefly-

to touch the sifting moments

before we go back to our rooms.
