Meow Meow
Sitting is the sunshine,
Warming my fur,
Grooming my pelt,
Letting out a purr.
Cover my nose,
With a paw,
Snoozing away,
To the woodpeckers saw.
On a branch,
In a high up tree,
Droop my tail,
Can you see me?
Fluff my fur,
Pretty and soft,
Smooth the tuft,
On my cheek.
“Meow, meow”
Who am I?
Maybe it’ll help,
If I tell you I’m sly.
“Purr, purr”
I hunt little rats,
Who am I?
Just a little cat.
