Into Humanity

Poetry By: SolaWolf

Something I did out of random. I haven't done poetry in a long while so I don't mind the comments, good or bad.

If I could turn the world upside down just to give people something different to experiance, I would try

If I could get everyone to speak the truth, then there would be no room to lie.

If I could be a hero and rescue those in need, I would go.

If I could find the cure for every illness, I'd let the whole world know.

But I can't, I'm just one person, just trying to make ends meet.

It's in this world of judgement and loathing, that I refuse to admit defeat.

I wish and dream and hope and love, and ask nothing in return.

Yet here we are in this mess, the mistakes we make will burn.

Hope comes to late for many, and faith is fewer still.

Weclome to humanity, the truth, is far too real.
