Eden
.
.
Once there was a time
where only "the garden" was there,
abundant beauty everywhere.
-
A time without crime,
without fear and hate,
just with one law to violate.
-
Celebrating lust and love
from dusk till dawn,
on any possessions foregone.
-
Jeopardising all those blessings from above,
both came up with a scheme,
so they could share this dream.
-
So they lost their paradise but not their story,
shown hundredfold in music, poetry and in all the arts,
that wonderland is nothing compared to their sharing, caring, loving hearts.
