What is it that I saw in your eyes
It flashed, but then was hidden again
Like you were unintentionally guarded from me
What was that smile?
I have never seen anyone smile at me like that
Yet, it felt right; coming from you.
But then your normal smile returned
As your friends walked up.
What is this?
The electricity that is sent through me
Every time your hand brushes mine..
Can you feel the electricity?
We both know I can
By the gasp that always seems
To escape from my mouth
I believe you can..
by the showing of that special smile
Each time it happens..

I have never felt like this before
And I'm a bit scared as to where this might leave me
But i'm also curious as to where this may go
It cannot possibly be love, can it?
After all, I'm only a teen.
But maybe, there's that slight possibility
that it is..
Do you feel the same?
Is this all a dream?
