From time to time in history,

There shall always be a mystery

But in a place where love grows strong

Lives a wise woman that sits apon her throne

I can give you hugs

As any daughter should to show love

How are you feeling today?

This should be your good day

I can write just for her,

And hope to see a smile emerge

Instead of that pitiful frown

That because of me she now wears around

Always I love you mommy

And I am your dummy

I want to make you glad

Even if I have to mess with dad

Happy Mothers Day

As I always say

We don't need a holiday to get along

Or just this silly little poem
