I watched you for a while as I was passing through

but I never got farther than a half moon

Just about the time that I thought I had won the race

night came between us and covered up your face.

That's been my about to Earth adventure with girls

why did we have to live on two different worlds

I was trying to zoom in to be close to you

but then I failed to make it what am I to do.

If I had to choose two songs about my life

one would be When Two Worlds Collide

and the others that We Live In Two Different Worlds

so that's been my about to Earth adventure with girls.

I tried to make a landing down on your pad

but I cut the fuel line and that was to bad

So here I am stuck in all of my own gloom

in orbit on the dark side of the moon.
