When Nuclear Night Blocked Out That Candle's Glow

At times I feel like doing

At times I don't feel at all

At times I feel like viewing,

all your pictures on every wall.

Some would call it a public defacing

Some would call it a criminal offense

Some would call it down right disgracing,

all those pictures giving us hints.

What do they know about sun light it seems

They can't tell that it brightens up the scenes;

of this darkened world without nothing to show,

when nuclear night blocked out that candle's glow.

Late night felt right escape artist

Late night canvas is a city wall

Late night police trying their hardest,

to catch you so you fall.

It gives us something to look at

It gives us beauty where there's none

It gives us hope in this trap,

that someday we'll see the sun.

What do they know about sun light it seems

They can't tell that it brightens up the scenes;

of this darkened world without nothing to show,

when nuclear night blocked out that candle's glow.
